This session will demonstrate how PGA Professionals can elevate both coaching impact and business success by integrating a player-development framework powered by PDI (Player Development Index). Attendees will explore how PDI supports golfers at every age and stage of development, from juniors just starting out to competitive youth, collegiate players, and adult golfers, through onboarding, assessment, training, and ongoing progress tracking.

The presentation highlights how PDI can function as a standalone, revenue-generating service, or a more integrated tool to support year-round programs (clinics, camps, combines, etc.) and create structured pathways that engage athletes of all ages. Finally, attendees will learn how becoming a PDI Ambassador can expand regional influence and unlock additional business opportunities.
